Founder & CEO
As head champion, Treva pushes the company to solve challenges and seek out innovative solutions. She embraces the joys of life and work, always taking hold and maximizing every opportunity. When she’s not leading the Blue Flame team into it’s next achievement you can find her looking for an adventure or striking a lotus pose, enjoying the moment and everything that surrounds her.
Director of Production
King of the mic drops, Lee is the commanding Canadian that leads Blue Flame’s Rockstar Production Team. While the team is deep in debate and brainstorming, Lee patiently waits his turn to speak and then provides the ultimate solution. We liken it to his days as an amateur hockey player when he would wait for the perfect moment to body check. Good thing we’re not in a hockey rink.
Director of Project Management
Liam is the even keeled, light hearted Lion of the company who has a talent for collecting (and wearing) ‘Dad Shirts.’ He keeps us all in line with his team mentality and tireless work ethic. Liam discovered he had a knack for audience engagement at an early age when he won a competition to name a statue of a gorilla holding a VW Bug 30 feet in the air.
Kelly Glasow Fenack
Director of Show Services
From Broadway to experiential events, Kelly has her roots in theatre. She loves the details and overseeing the creative production of a show. As a former stage manager, Kelly gets jazzed about organization, pretty formatting and teamwork. And wine… but we’re not sure that’s entirely related to being a stage manager.
Jason’s calm but determined nature proves an invaluable asset as Technical Director of Blue Flame. When he’s not bringing our client’s visions to life, he’s oogling over his baby daughter or skiing and SCUBA diving (not at the same time).
Director of Growth
Kicking off her relationship with Blue Flame as our client, Marne still puts on her ‘client’ hat to get what she wants. This Bostonian kicks butt at running marathons, and sharing her unique perspective on getting clients what they want!
Senior Manager of Growth
After years in NYC, Charlie, one of the original Blue Flame Ninjas, packed his bags and headed to the Rocky Mountains. If he’s not at his computer, you’ll find him in the mountains camping, biking or skiing. He’s always ready to pitch…whether it’s a client or a tent.
Senior Project Manager
Don’t let her mature sensibility fool you, this self-described cheery, competitive and passionate person doesn’t hate vegetables as much as everybody thinks she does. What she does love is embracing fun while orchestrating stellar events for some of our longest standing clients. This die-hard Red Sox fan hits it out of the park every time!
Caitlin is always the life of the party (or event) and uses her talents of interaction, organization, and engagement to make every event shine! She Ninja’d her way from Office Manager to Project Manager, overseeing activations with some of the company’s most important clients. She’s also attended 11 Backstreet Boys concerts, but we won’t hold that against her.
Alexis could be called a master coordinator. She’s set the bar high at Blue Flame, has a talent for attending to the details, and a knack for sourcing the most obscure items out there. Need an Autopsy table, no problem! True to her talent, Alexis planned her entire wedding a whole year before her wedding day!
Don’t let Brad’s quiet, calm demeanor fool you. He’s downright vicious when it comes to creating a perfect, detailed set. Look at it this way, this is a guy who single-handedly restored a 1973 Camaro and then drove it 150+ mph, and lived to talk about it – that’s the kind guy we want on our team!
Jon Wat is our very own celebrity, and is currently featured with his wife on eHarmony commercials (yes, they did actually meet on eHarmony!) With a background in theatre production, Jon brings his technical talent to AV/Production and excels at turning around large scale projects in short timeframes.
Steve is one of the Blue Flame originals. He’s been crafting masterful designs for the company since its inception. Tried and true, don’t let him fool you with his quiet nature – he is driven for success and full of creative power. Off hours you’ll find him cycling the roads of Minneapolis, painting serene landscapes, or noodling on an old guitar.
Marina keeps the Blue Flame train on the tracks. She is the voice of reason, the calm in the storm, the unsung hero – you get the idea. We all feel comforted and confident in the capable hands of Marina, and her Pirozhki is excellent!
Senior Graphic Designer
Fueled by a slightly obsessive passion for drawing and Star Trek, this self-proclaimed “fidgety lover of life” boldly goes where nary a graphic designer dares to go! He uses his endless creative talents to embrace the demanding and often last minute needs of graphic design. Live Long and Prosper Thomas!
Born and raised in New Orleans, Cody embraces his roots, always seeking out new flavors – whether that be in food, music, craft beers or innovative design work for Blue Flame! Cody loves life and goes out of his way to turn out incredible designs at a moment’s notice.
Creative Operations Manager
Ryan is the secret sauce behind Blue Flame. As one of our newest, most disciplined and understated employees, his talent for organization, process and towing the line, keeps us all in line!
Senior Project Manager
Lorena is our resourceful, eclectic and effervescent Sr. Project Manager who is not easily dissuaded. Don’t believe us? Consider that she learned English at age 13 upon moving from Mexico City to Texas, and took a job involving travel to get over her fear of flying. She is no shrinking violet and we’re glad she’s ours!
Tanya not only keeps our books in-line but she also embraces the traits that make us all proud; from her love of family to reading books to earning her degree from Kiev Economic and Trade University, Tanya’s got it going on!
Leah is a self titled “Professional Band Nerd”. At Blue Flame, we put her talents to use as a Project Coordinator where she is known for her insightful contributions to brainstorming sessions. We attribute her awesomeness to the exciting fact that she is named for Princess Leia.
Mark “The Rock” Coburn, is a health and fitness guru who loves deep sea diving. We send him diving deep from one production to the next, always with a smile on his face and with more energy than the rest of the team combined! Mark gets the job done with passion, hard work and the skills of a master builder!
As the newest member of the Blue Flame team Kristen had something to prove, and boy did she…this creative, ambitious and attentive Project Coordinator has taken charge and leads by example – Power on Kristen!
