Seeking a unique way to launch their brand and develop key relationships, Blue Flame created a one of a kind event concept focusing on networking and technology. By providing guests with a personalized, interactive wristband which allowed them to digitally connect to fellow attendees and product displays, guests were motivated to network and explore.
Design & Build
Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany has an extremely unique and vibrant brand identity that allowed us to transform the 3 story venue through a mix of lighting, fabrication and graphics.
The night was broken into 4 acts including a cocktail reception, trade show, stage experience and after party, all of which were seamless and executed flawlessly. The integrated technology not only drove networking for the guests but also provided priceless data for the client to understand the interactions, interests and connections of their nearly 500 guests.
