International Executive Conference

Overview

Blue Flame has partnered with this client over the last four years to create a highly designed space in the Swiss Alps during an international executive conference. The space is one of a kind, designed to blend the aesthetic of Alps with the California vibe, and accommodate private meetings and presentation spaces for their employees and summit attendees. The building houses work by local artisans and is a permanent structure that is erected over two months and stored in its entirety from year to year.

Strategy

The client’s brand is extremely sophisticated, clean, smart and high end. With the short term and remote nature of the event, we knew we had to do something unique. We were determined to build a prefabricated structure, allowing for rapid installation without compromising quality.

Design & Build

The client’s brand, aesthetic and the program’s requirements allowed for our design and production teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Inspired by the location’s natural environment, the level of design and detail within the pavilion continues to amaze the client and guests alike.

Activation

For 2017, the two story pavilion had 5 conference rooms, a living room, a fully functioning kitchen and coffee bar, 2 restrooms and 2 offices. Although the space was temporary, it had full HVAC and multiple fireplaces. In addition to the pavilion, Blue Flame also built out a gallery in a storefront space in the town center. The gallery artistically spotlights various philanthropic causes that the client supports.
