Seeking a unique way to recognize these workers while promoting the product, it was determined that a mobile roadshow was the best way to reach as many customers as possible and get them to engage with the brand.
Design & Build
With Salesforce’s playful Trailblazer brand identity, we felt that a vintage Airstream trailer was a perfect fit for this program. Before hitting the road, we retrofitted the vintage trailer with demo stations, karaoke and a beautiful lounge. Supporting the Airstream, custom interactive seating and branding elements were placed outside and around the trailer to create a centralized location at each stop.
Traveling across the country to 7 locations, the tour received rave reviews from customers. The trailer, paired with food, games, seating and music provided a perfect experience to recognize and thank the Salesforce customer service trailblazers.
